FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Most orders ship within 3 - 5 business days of purchase via USPS. Shipping times may vary due to merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason you did not receive an email after the following 5 business days of your order, please email Customer Service at Alluringapparel@yahoo.com (mailto:Alluringapparel@yahoo.com)
If you are experiencing trouble processing your payment at checkout, please first check that your billing address, name and information all correlates to the information that the bank who provide your card, have on their records. If the information does not match up the payment will not be initiated. If it's still not working please email Alluringapparel@yahoo.com (mailto:Alluringapparel@yahoo.com)and we will send you an invoice.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact as soon as possible after the order is placed. Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to cancel orders once they are processed. We are not able to add items to existing orders that has already been processed. Please place a new order and contact us with both order numbers. We will be able to combine the shipping and reimburse you for the extra shipping charge on the second order. This is provided that you contact us as soon as possible after you place both orders, before the first order has been processed.
Alluring Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you MUST contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS ( 1-800-275-8777 (tel:1-800-275-8777)). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
